Inconclusive. Cannot confirm any existence of paranormal activity, but cannot completely discount home-owner's personal experiences. According to home-owners, entity appears to be "afraid" of Husband, and prefers manifesting only to women. Much of the house is original to the time it was built. Several every-day, non-paranormal explanations to phenomena. Light flashes most likely caused by faulty (and old) wiring in the house. Shadows in living room likely caused by large picture window combined with placement of mirrors and reflective surfaces in same room. Noises from upstairs most likely caused by upstairs boarder.
